2nd day of NCAA gymnastics in 2018! This really is the best time of the year.

This afternoon is Denver at Arizona. This was originally going to be a quad meet, but the other two teams bailed.

Kennady Schneider UB AZ - toe on + gienger, bail,  DLO, stuck. Good start on bars for Arizona. 9.775

Mia Sundstrom VT DU - FTY - good landing. She recovered well from her bars disaster. 9.8

Haylie Hendrickson UB -  jaeger + bail,  short on that last HS, DLO, stuck landing. 9.7

Nikole Addison VT DU - big FTY, small step on the landing. She could add the extra half twist for a 10.0 start value 9.8

Danielle Spencer UB AZ -  beautiful 1st HS + gienger, bail, nice hs, beautiful form, nice clean DLO stuck.

Brown VT DU - y 1 1/2, nice height, good landing, small hop. 9.9

Cindric UB -  giant full + jaeger,  bail,  giant 1/2 + double front, small step. 9.75

Maddie Karr VT DU - stuck y 1 1/2. Nice! 9.95

Victoria Ortiz UB AZ -  clear hip + tkatchev half + bail,  giant full + double back, small hop. 9.775

Christina Berg UB AZ -  KCHS giant 1/2 + pike jaeger + bail,  KCHS,  good HS, full in, small hop, some crazy leg form in the air.

After 2 rotations -

Denver 97.450, vault 49.225

Denver will now go to floor and Arizona will go to beam.

Denver recovered well with that vault score. But they still need to get six vaulters in pronto. They're cutting it a little close.

Kennady Schneider BB AZ - full turn, bit of a balance check... aaannd the stream went out...

I guess she got a 9.6

And I missed Kaitlyn Schou on floor, she got 9.775

Haylie Hendrickson fell on a side aerial and got 9.2

Emily Glynn is on floor for Denver -  clean double pike,  sw side + popa,  1 1/2 + fro lay, clean double back for her last pass. 9.775

Jenny Leung BB AZ -  bhs + loso,  full turn,  sw + spl,  cat leap to side aerial, was a tiny bit off, round off 1 1/2 dismount, big hop but still a good routine. 9.725

Maddie Karr FX DU -  double pike, perfect landing, very clean,  1 1/2 + fro full, perfect,  FHS +rudi. Brava Maddie, Brava 9.825

Leydin BB AZ - sw spl,  BHS + LOSO, solid,  hitchkick + side somi,  pike jump + back tuck, chest a bit down and takes a small step, round off + 1 1/2 dismount, legs apart in the air, big step on landing.

Lynzee Brown FX DU -  gorgeous DLO,  1 1/2 + fro lay  + spl jump, huge amplitude, sw ring + sw 1/2,  perfect double pike, lands it like no one's business. BOOM! 9.9

Ortiz BB - chest stand mount, BHS + LOSO, big balance check , full turn,  sw, balance check,  she's a bit tentative, beat jump to stag jump, she's still doubting herself a bit, cat leap + side aerial + back full 9.675

Nikole Addison FX DU - huge DLO,  1 1/2 + fro lay,  sw side + popa,  clean double pike last pass. YAYYY! 9.875

Cindric BB AZ -  BHS + LOSO,  full turn, side aerial,  wobble on a leap,  pike gainer dismount 9.85

Mia Sundstrom FX DU -  DBL back, OOB,  fro lay + fro full, bit short,  tour jete full + sw 9.525

Danielle Spencer EXH BB -  gainer BHS + LOSO, big wobble, almost falls, but grabs beam ins + sw + straddle + shushunova, straddle 3/4, tuck gainer full, small hop

Leydin AZ FX -  punch fro + double back,  sw side + spl 1/1, tour jete + popa,  double pike. 9.825

Chesnok BB DU -  spl + sheep jump,  BHS + LOSO, small wobble,  full turn, fro aerial balance check,  gainer full, small hop 9.675

Payton Bellows FX AZ -  double back, OOB,  FHS + fro lay + fro 1/1,  2/1 turn, ,sw ring + wolf hop full,  double pike, solid landing.

Brown BB - chest stand mount,  Fro aerial + fro toss + BHS + wolf jump,  full turn,  sw + spl, bit of a wobble, gainer full, small step. 9.775

Berg FX -  double pike, nice spl jump after her rudi.

Sundstrom BB sw + sw 1/2. wobble, side aerial, 1/1 turn, slight balance check,  BHS + LOSO, solid, stuck gainer pike dismount.9.825

Cindric FX AZ -  clean double pike to open, 1 1/2 + fro lay, sw + wolf 1/2 + wolf 1/1,  clean double back with lots of height.

Karr BB DU -  side aerial + BHS, very solid,  hitch kick + side aerial,  beat jump + spl 1/1,  round off 1 1/2, stuck 9.9

Lauryn Mattson FX AZ double pike,  1 1/2 + fro lay,  sw side + popa,  double back, a bit short but recovers well.

Schou BB Denver -  fro aerial + BHS + LOSO, slight wobble, but holds, 1/1 turn + sissone,  beat jump + sheep jump,  BHS + Gainer 1/1, small hop. Good anchoring routine for Denver, 9.875

Kennady Schneider anchors floor for Arizona -  double pike, lots of amplitude,  fro lay + fro 1/1,  illusion, sw side + popa,  double back. 9.875

Glynn exhibition for Denver -  sw + spl + straddle,  BHS + LOSO, small balance check,  standing loso + spl jump,  full turn,  gainer pike, stuck.
