The Official Return of Peng Peng

This week in NCAA, Christine "Peng Peng" Lee made her glorious return to competition at UCLA's first meet of the season at Oregon State.

Peng Peng, a former elite gymnast from Canada has been out for two years as the result of an ACL tear that kept her from competing for Canada in the London Olympic Games.
Last year, Peng was set to return to competition with her fellow Bruins, but discovered her previous surgery hadn't been successful.

Peng's return was GLORIOUS and well worth the wait.

Peng on beam. She mounts with her signature flairs, gorgeous and it grabs attention right away. She moves on that beam like she never left, with a gorgeous flip flop to two foot layout combination and a  double turn that is breathtaking. She dismounts with a stuck double full. She scored a 9.875

Peng won the bars with her glorious Bhardwaj, (full twisting Pak salto) that is stick straight and Peng just floats between the bars. She sticks her dismount, which earns her a huge hug from roomie Jordyn Wieber.

The Bruins won over the Oregon State Beavers with a 196.00 to 195.450.
