Kyla, Simone and Brenna Receive World Championship Rings

The last USA women's training camp for 2013 concluded today, at the Karolyi Ranch outside of Houston, Texas.

In addition to confirming athletes for international assignments, Kyla Ross, Brenna Dowell and Simone Biles were awarded with world championship rings to commemorate their success in Antwerp, Belgium at the World Championships.
McKayla Maroney was also awarded with a world championship ring, but since she was not present at camp, her coach, Artur Akopyan accepted the ring on her behalf.

Team USA cleaned up worlds this year, hauling 12 medals back home from both the men's and women's teams.

Simone Biles took home gold medals in the all-around and on floor exercise, she also took home silver on the vault and a bronze medal on the balance beam.

Kyla Ross took home three silvers for the all-around, uneven bars and balance beam.

McKayla Maroney took home the vault gold, successfully defending her title from the 2011 World Championships in Tokyo.
