Men's Qualifier For National Championships

This weekend, the men of USA gymnastics are headed to the Springs to qualify for the National championships.

The boys are headed to the Olympic Training center in Colorado Springs where the men's team practices.  Colorado Springs has been in the news lately because of those ridiculous wild fires, the training center is out of the path of those fires, FYI. Expected to make an appearance are Dannell Leyva, who's flight was apparently delayed because he posted pictures of him goofing off at the airport.

Making a comeback from an ACL injury is last years national champion John Orozco who doesn't have too far to travel as he actually trains at the Olympic Training center.

Most likely, we will see the rest of the London team, Mr. Olympic cutie pie, Sam Mikulak and new daddy Jonathan Horton, and the recently engaged Jake Dalton.

I'm rooting for my new men's gym crush, Paul Ruggeri, Mr. PGC who throws those crazy ridiculously awesome vaults and parallel bar moves.

The ladies of USA Gymnastics will follow suit in two weeks at the Secret Classic.
